Where Ideas Take Shape
We believe in doing things differently—with intention, with passion, and with people at the center of it all. Every detail here reflects that mindset.
Design challenge
Project sales teams across developers, agencies, and agents often operate with fragmented tools—spreadsheets for stock, email chains for documents, and separate CRMs for leads—making it difficult to maintain a single source of truth. The challenge was to design an agency-facing experience that brings inventory, enquiries, deal stages, documents, and performance reporting into one coherent workflow. The UI needed to support high-volume, fast-moving project sales while staying clear and consistent for different user roles, from agents on the ground to developers needing oversight and governance.
Research and key insights
Workflow reviews across agency operations and project sales surfaced three key needs. First, users needed immediate visibility into stock status, lead pipeline, and deal progression, without digging through multiple pages. Second, teams required actionability: quick ways to assign leads, follow up, move deals through stages, and access the right collateral at the right moment. Third, stakeholders needed role-based clarity, agents focus on contacts and actions, agencies focus on performance and team workload, and developers focus on compliance, reporting, and project-wide control. These insights shaped a dashboard-led experience with modular widgets, consistent UI patterns, and progressive disclosure for deeper drill-downs.

Impact and results
The redesigned experience improved usability across the platform by simplifying navigation, standardising components, and making key performance signals easier to interpret at a glance. Teams gained clearer oversight of lead flow, conversion stages, and stock performance in real time, while agents could move faster with more streamlined workflows and fewer context switches. Overall, the design helped TEAMLINK present as a modern, unified PropTech system—supporting stronger operational efficiency and a more confident user experience for daily sales and project management.
Connected, Intelligent, and Real-Time
The Agent and Agency Portals seamlessly integrate with the CRM, enabling real-time project and property management. Every action—whether updating listings, tracking sales, or managing client interactions—syncs instantly across the ecosystem. With interconnected portals, live data flow, and automated workflows, TeamLink ensures agents and agencies have a dynamic, responsive, and intelligent platform for end-to-end real estate operations.
Unified Property Management & CRM Apps
At TeamLink, we developed both web and mobile applications to provide a seamless property management experience for agencies, agents, and clients. Just like the websites, the apps offered the same core functionalities, allowing users to manage properties, communicate, and track tasks efficiently on the go. Given the complexity of the platform, I focused on creating a consistent and intuitive UI/UX across all devices, ensuring smooth interactions for both property management and CRM processes. By maintaining a unified design system and optimizing workflows for mobile use, we delivered a user-friendly experience across web and app environments.
Conclusion
My time at TeamLink allowed me to design and refine a complex yet user-friendly platform that seamlessly integrated property management and CRM across web and mobile. Through research-driven design, a structured design system, and continuous iteration, I helped create an intuitive experience that simplified workflows for agencies, agents, and clients. This experience strengthened my ability to tackle intricate systems while ensuring usability, consistency, and efficiency.
